Cubot X10 has brighter and crisp 5.5-inch LCD display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution which in short we say HD dispay. The device is powered by a decent 1.4GHz MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor as well as a gigantic 2GB of RAM memory. The internal storage of Cubot X10 is also 16GB and there is a microSD slot for further storage expansion when needed via micro SD card.
Not only that, there is also a nice camera of 13 Megapixels at the back while for taking selfies and making video call on the go, and there is a decent 8.0 mega pixels of front shooter. The only thing that people might get a negative thought is the 3G connectivity because most of the device from other vendors are offering 4G connectivity these days but that doesn’t matter if you are ok with 3G for now. Apart from 3G connectivity, the includes GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM a extended connectivity features to stay connected to the internet, friends and family all day long. One more added feature with the device is the waterproof ability that very less devices currently in the market that offer the same.
Here I come up with a nice and detailed review of CUBOT X10 along with complete specs that helps you know more about the device.
CUBOT X10 Review
Design and Display
Its obvious that before going into the features and hardware, we generally go for the design which matter a lot nowadays. The device looks awesome as it has metallic bigger 5.5 inch display with IPS Full lamination technology, 1280×720 pixels. Also the device includes Corning Gorilla Glass 3, Touch screen waterproof and 5 point multi touch feature along with Waterproof body.
To be very frank with the design of CUBOT X10, it looks very similar to the latest iPhone 6. CUBOT X10 has all the essential sensors, 8.0 MP of front camera placement at the top of the front panel, while at the back there is a decent 13 MP AF with True Flash LED, CUBOT has placed their logo below the camera that shows the brand. Now moving towards the side bazel, here you will see volume rocker and lock key at the left side. Also, there is no hardware button at the front side to directly launch the home center, but there is typical touch gesture to play around the Kitkat 4.4 features.
The device is only available in Golden White and Irony Grey.
Hardware
Hardware is the main highlight after design of the device, it pack a newly designed 1.4GHz MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor. Also the smartphone features 2GB of RAM, 16 GB ROM for performance enhancement and for storage, there is an option to expand memory via microSD card up to 64GB.
Camera
As the price tag of the device is not much, there will be unfair if we expect outstanding camera as well awesome hardware but still the device packs a decent 13 Megapixels of main camera placed at the top of the back side with flash and auto focus feature. In day light, it takes a really cool and vibrant picture but you might have to compromise with low light image capturing. Also, its 13 MP camera is able to record 1080p Full HD video at a rate of 30 frame per second wit included HDR, video stabilization, dual-video recording features.
For video calling and taking selfies, there is an awesome 8 MP of front shooter that even records video on the go.
